Mr Ambassador,

On behalf of President Milosevic, I would like to invite you to the palace in Belgrade. The President, along with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, are keen to meet with you discuss strengthening our bilateral relationship. A strong relationship between Yugoslavia and China will be mutually beneficial for the both of us and also for socialism on a global stage. Let us know when you are available at the earliest convenience, we can have a Partisan detachment escort you to the palace.

Minister Stankovic,

We are pleased with your initiative to reach out to the People's Republic. I wish to apologise that we have been unable to reach out prior, sadly we are overwhelmed with diplomatic outreach programmes. However, it is with great honour that I wish to accept your invitation to a meeting and an escort from the embassy to the palace.

I shall await the arrival of the Partisan Detachment at the embassy.

50 soldiers of the Yugoslav Partisan Corps headquartered in Belgrade prepare for the escort of the Chinese Ambassador. Yugoslavia hopes to build a solid relationship with the Chinese, therefore taking such measures was an act of respect.

The Partisans are armed with the standard M-70 Zastava assault rifle and would wear standard Military uniform and gear, coupled with communication devices. All 50 soliders would split into teams of 5, and would enter 6 Landrover Defenders 110. After the Defenders were prepared and fuelled, they would head towards the Chinese Embassy.

2 Defenders would wait outside the Chinese Embassy to escort the ambassador to the palace. The Remaing 4 Defenders would ensure the roads leading to the palace were clear. It was a simple 7 minute route and only a minor disruption in traffic was expected.

At the palace, the Minister of Foreign Affairs would let the Chinese know of the Partisan's arrival and he himself would await the arrival.

The Ambassador was informed of the arrival of the escort at the front gates of the embassy, and he promptly exited the compound and took his place in the convoy. During the short drive the Ambassador went over his notes regarding possible talking points which might arise during the meeting.

Upon arrival at the Palace, the Ambassador was certain to follow the instructions of his escort as he stepped forward in the hope to meet the Foreign Minister.
