Stromberg International,

The Yugoslav Ministry of Justice recently sent out a notice regarding legal services required. On behalf of the Ministry of Justice and government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, I would like to formally invite your representatives to Belgrade regarding a potential case concerning international law. Your firm has an outstanding reputation, and we feel confident in the services you offer. Details on the case will be shared in person.

If interested we will allocate your team special status X2 visas, and we will then receive them in Belgrade. The Minister of Justice and his staff are also willing to fly out to your headquarters.

We look forward to hearing your response.

Thank you,

Ministry of Justice
Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

To whom it may concern,

Thank you for contacting Strömberg International Legal Consultants, I can confirm we have received your correspondence in relation to the requirement of legal services by the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

This message has been passed through my office; ultimately I am responsible for the final decision on the adoption of cases by the firm and I can reassure you that I am intrigued by your proposition. Strömberg International Legal Consultants is undoubtedly the largest and most successful legal firm on the globe and we have represented a number of clients from the likes of government entities, corporate clients and conglomerate organisations such as the former First Choice International, now Sparrow Industries. We are well versed with representation in the International Court of Justice as well as the resolution of matters in out-of-court disposal options, of which there are many.

Me and my team will depart for Yugoslavia on the next available chartered flight; is there any documentation required for the acqusition of your X2 visa?

Regards,
Jon Karv

Mr Karv,

Thank you for your timely response. We really look forward to meeting you.

There is no documentation required, other than the standard passports and national IDs. The visa will be granted on arrival and the border officials will deal with that - we've let them known in advance to expect your arrival.

The Ministry of Defense has arranged for your pickup. You will be received by Captain Andrej Vasijli of the Partisan Corps. He will escort you from the airport straight to Hotel Moskva, where you and your team will check in for at least one night.

As a guest of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Captain will have arranged for a meal for your team, and will also take you around the historic and beautiful city of Belgrade. During the evening, he shall drop you off at the hotel and hand over the case documents from the Ministry of Justice. Then, your team can review the files for the rest of the night. The following morning, Captain Vasijli will pick you up again and bring you and your team over to meet the Minister of Justice.

The only information we require from you now is the number of colleagues accompanying you and the flight details.

Thank you,

Ministry of Justice

To whom it may concern,

I have done some research and Hotel Moskva looks absolutely stunning, I will be travelling alongside my personal assistant via a chartered Scandinavian Airlines flight departing from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. I will be the best point of contact for the entirety of our visit, please extend my thanks to Captain Vasijli prior to my arrival.

I look forward to seeing you very soon.

The Minister of Justice would coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to make sure X2 visas can be allocated on arrival. Mr. Jon Karvs name would be passed on to the border agencies. Meanwhile the Ministry of Justice worked tirelessly to ensure the case documents are ready by the time they arrive.

Captain Andrej Vasijli of the Partisan Corps headed over to Hotel Moskva in a Land rover Defender 110 accompanied by a driver and another Partisan for security. The Partisan was in standard uniform and just armed with a Zastava M70. The Captain himself would be in formal Military attire. At the hotel their job was to ensure rooms were prepared, as well as the meal service.

Immediately upon arrival in Yugoslavia, Jon would make his way to Hotel Moskva as instructed making use of local public transportation in order to facilitate his travel. He'd be dressed appropriately in a clean and crisp charcoal grey suit and carrying a brown leather briefcase containing various different documents. In addition he would also carry his mobile phone and a recording device to be used in circumstances whereby verbal confirmation of proposals made are required by the headquarters in Sweden. Jon would await further instruction prior to meeting the Captain.

Captain Andrej of the Partisan Corps would have ensured rooms and meals were prepared for Mr. Karv and his team. They would have had more than enough time to settle in and tour the historic city of Belgrade if they wished.

The meeting had been slightly postponed, however once it was time, Captain Andrej would approach Mr. Karvs room.

He'd knock three times and await for Mr. Karv. After a short conversation and allowing time to gether their belongings, Andrej would escort Mr. Karv and his team to Ministry of Justice building.

At the Ministry of Justice building they'd walk through the security at the entrance and straight to the office of the Minister of Justice. The meeting would be behind closed doors and completely private.

" Mr. Karv, welcome to Belgrade! Thank you for visiting and I apologize for the ...delay. Lets get straight to it shall we? "
