The two that were outside would look at the Korean Captain. As he asked the question, it wasn't long for the two to notice the Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrived. One of them replied in perfect English. "You'll never know." As both of them began to laugh, rather in a way that as if they've done the greatest murder.

The Director would look once more to the two that were on the floor, as the two RAB officers behind him would eye up the two Koreans behind them. Rather still suspicious, but not showing their obvious concerns to the Koreans themselves. "Do you know where the Helicopter has gone to?" He'd pause, the Director beginning to stroke his orange beard. "I would recommend they'd take them to the Dhaka Cantonment, where the military doctors can assist. Normal public hospitals are filled up with casualties from the suicide bombings and the rioting and it is not safe, for obvious reasons." He'd pause once more. Grabbing his radio, he'd speak in Bengali. "Romeo 2, Ambulances can now move in onto Madani Avenue." The Director knew from the constant radio chatter that the Avenue was now secure and the other areas for other Embassies were also secured.

"We won't go onto your embassy, unless we have the permission to do so. For obvious reasons, international law. But, we do wish to detain the four individuals and take them to a Police Station. We have called ambulances to move into the Avenue, as it's now secured." The RAB Senior Assistant Director was unaware that the Koreans had taken photographs of the four. But he was still rather suspicious of the Koreans, he just didn't show it. "Any equipment they had with them as well, so we can seize it. It will help the courts, when they are put to trial for evidence." He'd pause once more. "If we have your governments permission to move on site, we can secure the outside."

Around them, the Bangladeshi military began to secure the avenue and nearby areas. Military medics that came along would check up on the dead and injured as a few Ambulances now piled onto the Avenue. Paramedics dressed in all white wore the green bulletproof vest and a helmet for their own protection as they also began to tend to the wounded. Any Germans that were outside the Embassy and injured would be tended to by the Paramedics. Vaka

The Senior Assistant Director would await a response. In his head, he was nervous. Very nervous. Word had got around slowly silently and quietly among the senior ranks of the RAB and other parts of Bangladeshi military that a member of the Border Guards was involved in the second suicide bombing after the first couple occurred. It made him think if more members were involved at Shimanto Square, he thought what if they themselves were here? What if his own men were apart of whatever conspiracy was going on. He didn't show this fear to the Koreans, still remaining rather stern and harsh in his tone.

One of the two terrorists outside would swear towards the RAB. Looking up to the Senior Assistant Director, speaking in Bengali. "Fuck, your mother." The Senior Assistant Director smiled, whilst his other two officers looked aggressively. "SHUT UP!" One of them proclaimed in Bengali. The Senior Assistant Director calmed him down quickly.

"Emotions are high." He replied to the Koreans, explaining what happened there.

As the Senior Assistant Director awaited a reply, a member of the Bangladeshi Army would now walk over to them. He wore distinctive camo uniform and had his green beret on his head. He bore three pips on his shoulders as he saluted the Koreans. He was a Captain and wanted to get involve in the conversation at hand. But left it to the RAB to respond.

Captain An would look at the insurgents as they responded in English. Even if they did not realize it, by speaking in English...they had given the Captain a very important piece of information about them. He and the Sergeant would leave him in the custody of two Korean special operators who had their weapons trained on him and the other man next to him. The Captain Would look at the RAB officer and examined his posture and that of his men. Listening closely to his annunciation of words. "The helicopters are returning to India with the wounded. They have a special helicopter to deal with the injuries there. They have already arrived in the New Delhi complex and are receiving medial attention. How is the situation outside the embassy avenue?"

As the two talked, a third Korean would walk forward and whisper something in Korean to the Captain. "What are we going to do with them?" Captain An thought about it, but before he could respond the Bangladeshi Officers next to the Ass. Director would shout back at the insurgent in Bengali. "Yes...they are high." Captain An said looking at the officer. They would be joined by what looked like a regular army officer, while ambulances began moving up the road. Seeing as the roads were getting too crowded, the Korean operators would shift their presence towards inside the Embassy premise and would move the two insurgents away from the road and off to the side where the officers would also discuss away from the main road. "I think you guys should check in the German Embassy. It seems a lot of fragmentation hit them. We don't know if the road has any explosives either. pointing in the direction opposite of them where some vehicles could be seen moving. Maybe the ambulances should be careful." The Bangladeshi Army would then secure the road and the Ambulances and doctors would begin rolling in. The Street would be pretty much empty other than the Medial personnel and the four Korean outside and the Bangladeshi's inside.

"The Embassy complex is secured. We won't need any assistance with securing the physical premise except the exterior. You can take the equipment, he pointed to the pile of weapons and explosives organized by the Korean operators safety away from the Embassies and the insurgents. The Captain would hesitate for a second before saying, "Before I transfer them, I want to speak with the Ambassador and my commanding officers." The Captain said as he lamented on what the insurgents said...smiling as if the police who came were there to rescue them, not detain them. That and the English they spoke gave him a very clear understanding that these four were not some villagers outside of Dhaka radicalized, but...trained operative. By whom, for what, and who they served...he did not know. However, the conversations he had with the officers now only made him far more suspicious...they seemed unfazed by the insurgents. Maybe he was overthinking...was this what his superiors told him about during the training camps...down to the second? He didn't have time to think about this all. He would ask Captain Na to go to the Embassy and relay this thought and the situation to their commanding officer back in New Delhi and Seoul.

The insurgents would try look behind them, when one of them catched the eye of what RAB meant on the vests of the officers. He whispered in Bengali to the other insurgent and a sigh of fear hit their faces as they quickly went from smiling to afraid.

The Director would think to himself. "India hm? What a pity..." He'd turn to the Captain to translate in Bengali. "They've taken them to India. They're not any great shape as ourselves." The Captain would smirk away from the Koreans as the other two RAB officers behind the Director smiled at the comment as they referred to Indias situation with the communists. He'd turn back to the Korean Captain as he continued to listen in. "I was translating for our Captain here from the Army of what you said about your people going to India as he's here just in case if he has to relay it back to base." He'd pause, clearing his throat. "The Avenue is secured, alongside other embassy areas."

As he continued to listen in he'd reply to the comment about checking the Germans and explosives. He found it pretty ignorant of the Korean to suggest this as he looked left to right and saw the Paramedics working away on the injured whilst also putting white sheets over the dead outside the embassy. The paramedics didn't go onto the German embassy grounds unless they had specific permission to do so. Vaka

Things were slowly dying down on the Avenue now, each end however was populated with either military or law enforcement personnel who closed off the roads. Their was both personnel patrolling up and down to ensure everything was going ok and to guide Ambulances in. It wasn't long till a Fire Engine arrived to tend to any fires or anything damaged by a fire was to be looked at by the Firefighters. Things looked pretty grim on the Avenue.

"The equipment can be seized yes..." He sighed. "But, we need those four...four individuals. They are a very key part of piecing together of what went on this morning." He paused once more. "If you do not know, alongside the attack on your embassy and the German one, their was several suicide bombings in the center which has left plenty dead, another had went off during a operation to tend to the wounded or dead. A lot of Bengali families have lost loved ones, I have lost a few men today. Hence why, their was a light presence around your Embassy are majority of Emergency services responded to the bombings. " He sighed once more. "Each time we continue to chat here, each time the time ticks to find out if their is anymore to this terrorism." As he waited an answer, he'd signal to four RAB officers need a RAB vehicle to start seizing the firearms and explosives, first they'd take photo of where it lay before it placing it in a evidence bag.

Captain An would look at the Bangladeshi officers as they talked. "No worries. Yeah, we didn't see anyone else other than these four when we took them out. But, with that explosion, he pointed to the black smoke slowly weakening in what was the police area. I didn't know for certain." The Korean Operators inside the Embassy on the walls on building roofs were still watching everything and they made sure the Embassy Guards still able to fight didn't lower their guard as they kept their weapons readied and in defensive positions across the Embassy. The Ambassador would check his log inside the Main Building and with his few staffers would get the documents safely stored in the safes and backing up the digital records. Captain Na would walk inside the premises to go brief the Ambassador about the situation. Before the Captain went into the building, the Korean Operator would go to the medical area treating the badly wounded insurgent, telling the Medical Officer to hand him over to the Bangladeshis. Two operators would grab the injured man and carried him to the outside area where they laid him down next to the other three insurgent. Captain An would look at the man. "This one needs medical attention, you should take him first." The Captain would say as he simply looked at the other two. "You can question these two while we wait for the higher ups."

Back inside the Embassy Captain Na would call his superiors who discussed the situation. It was agreed to hand over the insurgents, there wasn't any legal rights to detain or extract them. The best the Koreans could do was ask to be apart of the interrogations or to send NIS agents later. Captain Na would salute his superiors as he left the room and headed outside. Inside the Embassy, Captain Na would inform the second insurgent brought in for medical attention, he was being handed over to the RAB...and they would take them. Wondering if the man would do anything as the two Operators who had earlier taken his friend returned to grab him. Captain An looked back at the Embassy and spoke in his radio in Korean. "Captain Na, status" Captain Na picked up his radio as the two men moved closer to grab the insurgent and responded back in Korean. "SOCKOR says we gotta hand them over. Bringing the third now." Captain An affirmed it and simply waited, seeing if the RAB Officers would question them now and get anything useful from the two men.

The four insurgents were all lined up now together. Their was fear across the faces of the two of them as they knew the history of the RAB. But they kept that to themselves. As the Korean captain went inside, one of the insurgents remarked in Bengali. "What...wh-whats going to happen to us?" The RAB Director stood there, scratching his beard. "Hmm... you'll see." he replied in Bengali. Fear then struck the face of the insurgent who asked. The RAB Director then instructed medics to tend to the injured insurgent as he waited for the Captain to return. Once he returned, he remarked. "All good to go?"

After the insurgents were all brought outside, Captain Na would bring the last one outside after he remained silent. The Two operators would drag him with their Captain as they brought him outside and the RAB lined the four insurgents. Captain Na and the two other operators would return into the Embassy and take their positions. Captain An and the two operators outside would just watch the RAB and their transferred prisoners and nodded as the RAB Officer asked him if it was all good to go. "Good luck." The Korean Captain said as he watched them load the insurgents up.

As the insurgents were now all together, they were marched towards a prisoner transport vehicle. Injured or not, the RAB officers made sure they hurried up. One of the insurgents, fearing for his life would fall to the floor pleading. However the RAB officers took no for a answer and one of them would strike the insurgent on his leg with a baton strike. He was marched towards the van.
As they were all loaded up, suddenly a blacked out Mercedes E60 would pull up. Two older males wearing suits would jump out, showing their badges to the RAB Director. Both of them would speak with the director in Bengali for a short while out of earshot of the Koreans, the Director nodding each way. As the discussion ended, the Director signalled something to the driver and everybody began to mount into their vehicles.

The convoy quickly left the scene, before the Koreans could even say a word.

An message would be sent out to those that

Dear whom it may concern,

I will grant the permission for you to send Korean NIS agents. Their may however be a change in the Office of the Prime Minister in the next 24 hours as a result of the election results will be coming out, however do not worry. This shouldn't halt anything going on currently.

Kindest Regards,
Khaleda Zia
Prime Minister of Bangladesh

Cox's Bazar
South of Bangladesh
Several hours later after the siege
0300hrs
The four insurgents stood, sweating. Blood poured from their faces as they had a number of cuts and bruises around their body. They were not there when they left Dhaka. The critically injured insurgent however received the worse, he was turning white and was struggling to stand. His packed bandaged wound had been ripped off where he was shot and he was subsequently took the worst out of the four. All four lined up as they all stood chained and waiting for their fate. Around them stood all RAB officers as they all stood inside a derelict warehouse. The area around them was empty as it was early hours of the morning.

Suddenly, a black SUV followed by the same Mercedes vehicles would pull and several males in suits would jump out. They'd look around ensuring it was a quiet place where they were. They gave the all clear, a foot stepped out of the passenger seat of the SUV. It was 'The Colonel'
His chubby body flapped as he started walking towards the four males, he walked at a slow but convenient pace. He sighed and thought.
"Well..." He remarked. "Isn't this a sight that I didn't...want to see!" He'd punch one of the insurgents in the stomach. The insurgent quickly fell to the ground, holding his stomach. Quickly a RAB officer grabbed him by the hair and dragged him up.
"The FOUR best people from the special forces I get and they can't even get the job done!" He'd shouted.
"B..bu..but we we're outnumbered." Replied one of them.
"I do not care if you were outnumbered! You know all this..this! It's raised hell now, my home.. my fucking home has been raided by Zias forces to try and capture me! Even though it was her plan to bloody stop this election outright!"
He'd sigh as he continued to walk up and down, past the four of them.
"It's raised suspicions now. Left, right and center. It won't be long till the results of the election come in and the Awami League take their place." He'd pause.
The critically injured insurgent would be continuously sweating further and started to cry. "Pl-please, I am sorry..." He proclaimed. The Colonel walked over to him. "Your sorry?" He replied. "Y-yes." The insurgent replied, blood trickled down his arm, as his whole shirt was soaked in red.
The Colonel nodded as in quick succession, he brought out a 9mm Glock 19 handgun and fired it twice into the skull of the critically injured insurgent who fell backwards. His fellow comrades closed their eyes, praying to themselves. The now deceased insurgents eyes were wide open as blood poured the floor now.
"Clean this up." The Colonel proclaimed. "Who's next?" The Colonel questioned.
"W-wait! The Koreans took photos of all." Another one of the insurgents spoke up. The Colonel walked over to him. "Photos huh?" He scratched his beard with the muzzle of the Glock. "Anything else?" The insurgent gulped as he replied. "N-no.."
A heavy sigh would be passed. "You are all lucky then. The Koreans are most, definitely going to try and want a piece of the action when they send you all down." He'd pause. "Once you get interviewed, you do NOT say a word. Do you hear me?" They all nodded.
"Good, get them out of here." The Colonel ordered. All four would be marched back into Police vehicles. The Colonel holstered his sidearm as he turned to his assistant. "We're on our own now. We won't have long..." He'd pause, thinking. "I believe it's time to cause a big pain for our new Prime Minister Hasina."

It was dark on Seoul. The type of darkness like a dark cloud the hovered over the city. It was late. Office buildings were vacant, the streets largely empty. It was that point in the night where everyone was home. Civil Servants and Ministers left their offices as they headed home for the night. The Blue House was silent as the President was abroad. The only sound the dogs panting as they patrolled the perimeter. At the National Intelligence building, the situation was anything but quiet. The agency was busy. On the top levels of the floors, high level meetings over the implications of a US deployment to India could set to the region, while the analysts looked at data and information across Japan to understand the trajectory of the Imperial Government. The North Korea Bureau was empty, every hour being summoned to discuss intelligence reports and explain findings. Yet, even in the midst of all these different actions, in the conference room a team of Korean NIS agents gathered for their briefing session. The Dhaka Group was assembled from a team of advanced agents and operators from the Korean Government. The team consisted of 18 intelligence officers and 22 tactical operators. The nature of the situation in Dhaka meant they would all be armed, their primary role was to observer and if able to interrogate the suspects. The Korean Government had made it clear, get information on the attackers, their supporters, motives, and leadership. The officers and operators were briefed on the situation, given the analysis on the images of the four attackers, the basic report and information by the ROK Navy. They read the report and analyzed it as they got ready, bringing the necessary equipment, weapons, tools, and other items with them.

File Information: Intelligence Report
Name: Dhaka Attack Report
Original Classification: Top Secret
Current Classification: Top Secret
File Name: NIS IR DAR
File Number: NIS #031

Five attackers launched an attack against the Korean Embassy in Dhaka following the election held in Bangladesh. The attackers were well armed and equipped with kalishnikov rifles, grenades, explosives, radios, and sophisticated equipment. With a high level of skill and planning. The four attackers began their attack initially targeting the Korean Embassy, followed by an attack on the neighboring German mission. The attacks continued for an extended time without an adequate response by the Bangladeshi Security Forces. The attackers spread out and waged a prolonged siege which was ended by members of ROK Navy Special Forces Unit deployed to India. One attacker was killed by embassy guards as he drove his vehicle towards the Embassy. Four attackers were captured alive with one attacker suffering numerous wounds by special operators. The attackers appeared to be well spoken and fluent in English and were capable of understanding questions issued by ROK Navy Officers. They did not respond. Initial reactions were not fearful but relieved by the arrival of Bangladeshi Police, but, arrival of the RAB proved to indicate a fearful reaction.

Alongside the Embassy attack and siege, there were multiple bombings targeting civilians and the opposition leaders. With the anticipation of their impending victory, the attack highlights the severe flaw in the transition of power amongst political parties as well as the general public. There is significant reason to be concerned over the military and security forces inability to respond to the threat. Following Bangladesh's inefficient response to the attack, it is important to secure Korean diplomatic missions and financial interests with added security. Slowed response times, lack of equipment, and overwhelmed security forces are all major concerns that require support to remedy. Unconfirmed street chatter indicates that elements of the police force were complicit if not actively apart of the bombing. Concerns remain over how much this was a broader security apparatus effort to undermine and hamper democratic transition and to what extent the Bangladesh Government was aware of a possible attack.

The following report identifies the weakness in intelligence gathering & surveillance, response and resource allocations to security forces, and lack of communication as areas of concern and needing improvement. Rooting out extremism and anti-government elements within the police forces will be crucial if the chatter is confirmed. Government transparency over the actions of the police and security forces are further needed to ensure positive relations between the communities and government personnel. The NIS Analytical Bureau believes the information about the attackers most likely confirms they are associated with some paramilitary or government entity and are not apart of a small-scale extremist group.

Arriving on a government aircraft, the South Korean intelligence agents would leave the aircraft on a private tarmac. The agent in charge of the mission was Special Agent Suh Ryesung and was a senior agent at the agency. He had worked prior at the intelligence wing of the Embassy in Paris and on numerous occasions conducted covert operations against the North Koreans during the '80s. He would greet his liaison officer of the Bangladeshi intelligence agency. His sidearm tucked beneath his uniform as he and the other agents and operators got into black Hyundai vehicles as they were guided towards the detention facilities. Special Agent Suh would observe the path and what was around him, taking mental notes on how people were reacting and coping with the attacks.

The attacks had a massive impact on the whole country. All around Dhaka that was seen was tears, death and sadness. The streets were littered with nothing other then funerals of those that passed away, graveyards were piled with burials. Some being of cremations of any Hindus who were killed in the bombings.
As the South Koreans arrived in Uttara, Dhaka. As they arrived they were greeted by a number of RAB officers outside armed with Kalashnikov Assault Rifles and other firearms, guarding the base. Four of them approached the window, one of them knocking on the window asking for the driver to put his window down, before he could get inside.

Once the driver did, the RAB officer was rather confused to see Koreans in Bangladesh. Assumingly, he knew they didn't speak Bengali so he tried English. "Who you?" He asked in rather broken English. Jay

Before the question could be answered, a Assistant Director appeared and he waved the vehicles through the checkpoint into the base itself. The Assistant Director walked over to the vehicles, ready to shake their hands.

The Koreans would not respond as they waited in their vehicles. Before anything else could happen, the Assistant Director would motion the vehicle through, the small group of vehicles would stop outside the base entrance, with Special Agent Suh exiting the vehicle first. As the Koreans got out of the vehicle, a total of 30 were present, with 22 of them dressed in black military fatigues and armed with M4 Carbine Rifles, Grenades, and other weapons and attachments as they stayed closer to the vehicles. The other agents would mostly be waring plain clothes, unknowing what weapons they had or carried, and the Koreans also brought a small number of equipment for their interrogation. Before any unloading, movement, the Agent in charge would smile and shake hands with the RAB Commander. A taller man, much younger stood next to them, his role largely unknown. The Korean Agent spoke, his voice with a hint of calmness and assertiveness, "Assistant Director Ali. How are things inside?"

The Assistant Director was rather bewildered by the sight of the Koreans with firearms on sight. "Uhm. Still tensions are rather high." He'd pause eyeing up the Koreans as several RAB officers who were armed themselves with AK47 rifles would be walking patrolling the base. He wasn't wrong, tensions were really high after the bombings. "Before..we proceed inside. Can I ask are they all coming in? IF they are, they'll have to surrender their firearms as there is a no firearms policy in buildings." He'd show the Korean that he isn't armed himself. "All of our base is on alert still and there is a sufficient amount of protection outside of the base.

"They won't be coming inside," motioning to the tactical operatives with weapons. Special Agent Suh would look at his fellow agents. "If that is the policy that is the policy." Although not very trusting, Agent Suh would comply and store his Beretta 4x4 when they would enter the premise at the holding facility, outside the base, some of the plain clothed operatives would simply stand, some walking in little circles with their weapons still secured, while the six agents who would join the Special Agent would also comply and store their sidearms. "The seven of us will be entering" pointing to four male agents and two female ones. "We'll be bringing some equipment if that is okay with you, just for the purposes of the interrogation." He motioned with his hand to the box of mostly mechanical equipment, some instant ramen, bowls, and other things. "I hope that is okay with you. Have the prisoners talked or said anything so far?"

The Director was rather bewildered still. "...Hmm, okay." Ali would follow the Special Agents to enter. "Yes, we have. Unfortunately, one passed away before we could speak with him. He died in Hospital from gunshot wounds." He'd pause as they'd walk through a large corridor of multiple doors. "They seem to want to cause trouble for our country, and yours."

He'd pause, gesturing them to choose what door they want to go for.

"Each of them are in one door, they maybe a bit bruised."

Special Agent Suh and his team would follow Director Ali, the team tracing slowly behind their team lead as he and Ali spoke as they moved across the facilities. Special Agent Suh listening to the description of the situation. "That is rather unfortunate to hear." The Special Agent said as he was told of the death of one of the insurgents. "Has the situation stabilized here in Dhaka?" As the two paused before the door, the Special Agent listened to the report of the status of the remaining insurgents. "Do you have any specific questions you'd liked answered, while we conduct our interrogation?" Agent Suh's said looking at the Director, his team standing around them in front of the door, carrying their small number of equipment with them.

"The situation has stabilized for now." He'd pause. "For the time being, anyway." He'd pause once more. "I will leave that to your decision. We have found out small bits, but that their is a active terrorist group that is objective to the new government that has been formed. We are unsure why they attacked your embassy, but I will leave that for you to find out if you so wish."

Their were four doors down the long corridor, each contained a insurgent shackled to the chair. Many contained injuries, some still in very deep fear.

"Stable is good, but, we will need to get information so that can help prevent another attack. Well, that information is helpful. Thank you." Special Agent Suh would turn to his subordinates as they unpacked the equipment. They'd enter the first room closest to them, Special Agent Suh and the man who stood close to him, Agent Kim would enter the room. They'd sit down in front of the insurgent, looking at him. They'd sit quietly, waiting. Observing his demeanor, body language, and eyes. Outside, One of the female Agents, Agent Lee would boil some water as she poured it inside a ramen cup, letting it cook. The other agents would stand straight and watching the corridor as the interrogations would begin.

The four insurgents sat quietly. Three of them in fact were rather tense but still proudly remained still. They were defiant and were not going to give any further information that they already 'supposedly' had given. One of them though was becoming more frightened and just wanted to go home. They had been tortured the worst out of them all as he was crying and the corrupt officials wanted him to keep quiet.
The scared one watched, first remaining defiant but would notice they were not Bangladeshis but rather foreigners. He'd be rather tense, but remain quiet as he watched the Agent boil water into a ramen cup.

The NIS investigators would let the ramen cool, not boiling. Though it was sad to see the noodles look a little soggy, it didn't matter for what its purpose was. They would hand the plastic cups to the four men and let them eat, merely observing them and noticing their hand movements and behavior. Agent Suh looked at them, before speaking. "Eat." he said pointing to the bowls. As he said, Agent Lee knocked on the door as the agents outside opened it and took the boiling equipment and put it in their bag. Waiting and watching, the water would no longer be boiling, being warm as it was served.
