The Rattanakosin Representative to the Global Assembly, Sook Manoots, would arrive and take his seat. He would quickly read over all of the resolution papers and information.

Global Assembly

" Reminding the good ladies and gentleman that waiting for the meeting to be in session is a procedural requirement.
We would like to thank the Dutch Ambassador for bringing the crisis to the attention of the Global Assembly; and to
Spain for their swift measures in ceasing hostilities between Romania and Moldova, by drafting the Treaty of Madrid.
In response, the Spanish Ambassador has overwritten a draft resolution that is more relevant to our circumstances.
Available to read on page one of our written transcript, submission twenty. Now is your opportunity to request any
amendments, before we proceed. Does any Ambassador have anything else to add? Thanks to all those attending. "

The Yugoslav Ambassador would speak up.

"Yugoslavia is pleased to hear of the peaceful resolution from the Treaty of Madrid. We hope that the people of Romania and Moldova can be rest assured that the conflict is over. We also hope that the terms of the Treaty are adhered to. I would also like to give thanks to the Spanish in aiding this peaceful resolution.

However, we would like to propose the following amendment:

ARTICLE 6: The Global Assembly will provide aid to the citizens of Moldova and Romania affected by the conflict.
a. The Global Assembly shall provide monetary and manpower aid to those citizens of Moldova and Romania that have been affected.
b. The Global Assembly shall establish a voluntary fund, funded by member states, to maintain these efforts.
c. Volunteering member states pledge to provide a minimum of $50,000,000. "

Following the conclusion of Antarctica, and an exhausting few weeks now behind, the British Delegate to the Global Assembly, Benjamin Cave, re-entered the chamber specifically relating to the Romania Crisis. Despite his late attendance as he took a cigarette break and the opportunity to get a coffee, he'd spend the next few minutes reading the transcripts of what had already transpired.

COS Corbeanu would activate his microphone. "Excuse me gentlemen, but I feel this resolution must be passed quickly. Romania can not go without a leader for very long, and I personally fear that if no election is held we may have a new crisis on our hands." He would sit down again, checking his phone with a worried look.

Ambassador Tono Eitel quickly entered the chamber after leaving the Antarctic Resolution. He quickly took his seat and tried to read over the notes taken by his assistant. He was already very familiar with the situation but want to check over the new articles. He noticed his stomach growling. He doubted if he would ever get out of the chambers today. All he wanted at this point was peace between the nations of Romania and Moldova. And a sandwich.

South Korea's Ambassador to the General Assembly Oh Joon entered the Chambers and took his seat at the South Korean table. He opened his binder handed to him by an aide looking over the current proceedings before jolting down some things on a piece of paper. He opened his briefcase as the time for the amendment came forward to read the news with important information highlighted by his aides. Looking at recent headlines both back home as well as in the globe, he set aside the newspaper before turning his attention back to the floor.

Pakistan's ambassador Hassan Bukhari, would enter the chamber carrying a briefcase and a Quran. He sat down at the Pakistani section, he seemed numbingly indifferent to the whole get down between Romania and Moldova; a helluvah world away it seemed. In general, a simple abstain would do the trick as he waited for a pot of tea. Short timers luck.

the Yugoslavs is now open to a vote. We are working on transcribing these sessions and once everything has been
aggregated, we invite you all to download the material on our website. You can find the Amendment on Page two. "

" Voting on Romania has now ended. The result concludes at six (6) votes in favour, one (1) vote against and one (1) abstain
The Resolution has been APPROVED. Thank you for your attendance, Ambassadors. I'll contact your respective countries very
shortly for a show of support in regards to the Peacekeeping operations. We'll determine the force commander in due course. "
