Fabricated video shown below of bullets being found in a body of a detainee, the wound would be blurred and once the bullet was removed it was shown that it was in fact the bullet of a standard issue Congolese Firearm.

TDE International Turkish Defense Exports International can confrim that the aforementioned Tu-16 Aircraft were sold to the Congolese Government following the decommissioning of the aircraft which have since been replaced by more advanced aircraft. It is safe to assume that the attack earlier this month was in fact conducted by the Congolese Government. @TDEXpress
